Reel Life

Reel Life is a mobile app for busy memory-makers on the go! It allows you to generate daily video content and save it on the app. When you reach 60 videos, the subscription service will automatically create a hard copy of the videos, and ship it out to you. Memory keeping just got a whole lot easier! So keep living those adventures and dreams in your Reel Life, and we'll take care of the rest!

This is actually something I’ve imagined and really wish I had! It’s a fusion of two of my favorite existing apps – Chatbooks, and 1 Second Everyday. With Chatbooks, I’m enrolled in their subscription service and every time I hit my 60th uploaded picture to Instagram, Chatbooks prints me a 60-page 8x8 book and ships it off to me. It’s such a simple way to preserve memories! My other favorite memory-keeping app is 1 Second Everyday, which allows me to upload a 1 second video each day, and it stores them until I’m ready to mash them together and save a copy (each month or year).

REEL Life combines the best of both Chatbooks and 1 Second Everyday, because it keeps track of the app user’s video reels, and then automatically mashes the content and sends the user a hard copy in the mail.
